GOVERNOR’S MONTHLY LETTER AUGUST 2026 Ready, Set, Learn! A Back-to-School Welcome Project By: TLP Aileen "Ice" Balintona Enthusiasm, making a lasting impact on their educational journey. Together, we welcome every learner—one child, one smile, and one school year at a time. The Ready, Set, Learn! project, initiated by the Rotary Club of Kagitingang Cubao, aims to welcome 500 students of 15th Avenue Elementary School as they begin a new school year. This project emphasizes that the first day of school marks not just the start of classes, but a fresh beginning filled with opportunities and friendships. As students arrive, Rotarians, Interactors, teachers, and volunteers will greet them warmly and offer snacks as a small gesture of encouragement. This initiative aims to create a supportive atmosphere, promoting kindness and volunteerism while reinforcing the partnership between Rotary, the school, parents, and the community. Aligned with Rotary's commitment to Basic Education and Literacy, Ready, Set, Learn! seeks to inspire children to begin the school year with confidence and enthusiasm, making a lasting impact on their educational journey. TOGETHER, WE WELCOME EVERY LEARNER—ONE CHILD, ONE SMILE, AND ONE SCHOOL YEAR AT A TIME. Rotary Club of Kagitingang Cubao
